DemoThe four steps, what onboarding costs, and what is worth having ready before we start. We would rather you read it now than find it out on installation day.

Bossa Demo is a demonstration restaurant: the dishes, the tables and the order are invented. The screens are the real product, captured from the same build that ships.
Four steps, and none of them leaves you stranded mid-service.
You need not prepare anything. We ask how many tables you have, who takes the order today and how you get paid; the right tier falls out of that. If Starter is enough for you, we say so.
Send it however you hold it — a PDF, a spreadsheet or the printed menu — and we load it. The catalogue that comes out is the single base: the public menu, the floor order and the kitchen screen all read from it.
We are in the house during a real service, with the team that will use it. Hours of accompaniment depend on the tier, and they are just below with the price beside them.
You are left with the system running and someone to call. Monthly carries no lock-in: cancelling stops the next renewal. The year is paid up front and runs to the end of the paid period.
Onboarding is a one-off payment per venue and it is not the subscription. What changes most between tiers is the time we spend with you.

The subscription covers the software; the hardware sits apart. What you already own is assessed before anything is bought, and no model is universally compatible without homologation.
A computer or a tablet to administer, and a connection that reaches the floor. With that and the code printed on the table the menu already works: starting may need no new hardware at all.
If the order is taken on the floor, staff devices; if the kitchen reads on a screen, a screen or a device. A TV may need a mini-PC. It depends on how you work, and it is settled at the first step.
The till may call for a terminal, printer, drawer or scanner, depending on the operation. Every model goes through homologation before being signed off, and that is tested before you buy anything.
Purchase, warranty, network, mounting and cabling are not implied by any subscription. Kiosk and marketplace connectors are quoted separately, and until then they are included in no tier.
We sell no closed kit. There is no box that arrives with everything inside: the hardware list comes out of how you work and is settled with you, not before we meet you.
Three things come out of that conversation: which tier suits you, what hardware is needed, and when we start.
