Your name, your email and the name of the restaurant. The phone and the message only if you write them, because they are optional. And the language you filled the form in, so we answer in it.

This page describes what the system actually does with what you write in the demo form, and it is written so it can be checked against the code. What is not settled yet is said at the end, rather than filled in with words.

What it is used for
To answer you and agree the demo you asked for. That contact is the object of your request: asking for a demo is asking to be written to.
Who can read it
The process serving this site can write to that table and cannot read it: the read permission is revoked in the database itself, not in a rule of the program. It is read from the platform control, and by people.
Marketing is a separate tick box
Receiving news is a different decision from asking for a demo, which is why it is a separate box that arrives unticked. If you tick it, it is stored with the date you ticked it, because a consent without a date cannot be checked later. If you do not, no consent is stored.
What is not here yet, said up front
The data controller, the retention period and the procedure for exercising your rights are not settled in this version, and we do not invent them to fill the page. If you need them before giving us any data, write to us and we will put them in writing.
